Two child seats can add ₩20,000 to an Incheon airport transfer. OneTouch Airport Taxi’s booking form lists a ₩10,000 rental charge per seat, with requests capped at two. That is the equipment supplement; the ride costs extra. A private-car reservation should therefore confirm the seats and the complete price together.

Provider pages checked October 25, 2026. The figures below belong to the named services. Your date, vehicle and requested equipment still need confirmation.

What the booking pages actually include

This compares published booking information. It is not a ranking or a check of the condition of any rental equipment.

For the OneTouch example, 2 × ₩10,000 = ₩20,000 in seat rental. Add that to the applicable transport quote and any other agreed charges. Do not use this supplement as another company’s price, or infer a three-seat order by multiplying again: the published request limit is two.

For a return journey, ask for a separate confirmation of the equipment and charges. An outbound arrangement does not tell you what the return quote includes.

Check the seat model, not just the “child seat” box

Write down each child’s age, height and weight for your enquiry. Ask which seat model the provider proposes, its permitted size range, and whether it fits the assigned vehicle in the required configuration. Two children may need different equipment.

NHTSA’s car-seat guidance bases selection on the child’s age and size, vehicle fit, and the seat manufacturer’s height and weight limits. It also directs users to the seat and vehicle instructions for installation. Use that guidance to evaluate the actual equipment; a booking category alone cannot do this.

Ask who installs the seats and how the arrangement will be checked before departure. If a provider cannot identify the offered equipment, resolve that gap before committing to a ride that depends on it.

Bringing your own seat

KoreaTravelEasy’s page permits bringing your own seat and says the driver can assist with installation. For your chosen service, confirm the specific model and vehicle compatibility beforehand, how much installation time to allow, and who will handle it. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions; this guide does not assess an installation.

Include the seat in your airport packing plan even if you intend to use it in the car. Also declare your folded stroller and luggage dimensions. For the passenger-and-bag calculation, use our separate Incheon taxi capacity guide.

Treat the request, confirmation and assigned car as separate steps

OneTouch’s published terms distinguish a received or completed reservation from assignment of a particular driver and vehicle. KoreaTravelEasy likewise distinguishes its instant order receipt from a confirmation voucher, which it says is sent within two business days, subject to availability.

Use this sequence to keep the equipment requirement attached to the ride:

  1. Enquiry: send the airport, terminal, date, time, passenger count and equipment requirements together.
  2. Quote: obtain the full amount and the proposed seats for each child.
  3. Confirmation: check that the written reply includes the number and type of seats, rather than only a vehicle category.
  4. Driver details: when these arrive, reconfirm that the same equipment requirement has carried through.

Ask what happens if the requested equipment cannot be supplied, including any cancellation deadline and charges. Keep the answer with the booking confirmation. A generic “family-friendly” description is not enough to resolve a missing equipment detail.

If you cannot complete OneTouch’s phone-verification step, ask its official support channel how to book with your number. We have not verified completion using an overseas number. Do not pay through an unfamiliar intermediary merely to get past that form.

We need [number] provider-supplied car seats / plan to bring [own seat model]. Please confirm the seat models, availability and vehicle compatibility, who handles installation, and the total price including equipment. Our luggage is [sizes and quantities], plus a folded stroller measuring [dimensions]. What happens if the requested seats cannot be supplied?

Keep the arrival flight and the later return trip clearly labelled in any exchange. On pickup day, compare the supplied equipment with the agreed details before starting the transfer. If it differs, contact the provider to resolve it.

If the required setup remains unconfirmed, compare another provider, bringing a suitable seat with confirmed vehicle compatibility, or a rail itinerary that works for your family. Our AREX versus airport-bus guide covers the route choice, and the family hotel occupancy guide helps check the next booking after the transfer.
